Situated right on the resort’s piazza, Sapori is open for lunch from 12:30 until 15:00 and for dinner from 18:30 to 22:00.

Hasu
This remarkable restaurant invites discerning diners to embark on a culinary journey like no other. World-class authentic Japanese fare is artfully created in dishes where the esteemed chefs have masterfully balanced excellent flavour combinations using the finest seasonal ingredients which are then plated artistically. Designed with dramatic Zen-like flair, this outstanding restaurant makes for a sublime venue for a special occasion and promises an evening to remember.
Open daily to diners over the age of 16 from 18:30 to 22:00. Please be advised it falls outside of Long Beach’s meal plans, but guests are given a credit which can be used towards a meal here.

Located centrally on Long Beach’s piazza, this a la carte restaurant offers diners a casual Asian-inspired restaurant that has been designed with a modern flair. With an extensive menu offering a plethora of options that range from seafood delicacies to hearty Asian soups; whether you are an Asian cuisine enthusiast or novice, there’s bound to be something here that will delight and surprise you.
Lunch is served between 12:30 and 15:00, dinner from 18:30 to 22:00 and a special Asian brunch is served on Sundays from 12:30 to 14:30.

Tides
Embrace the staggering views of Long Beach’s surrounds as you savour an impeccably prepared meal at this gorgeous pool and beachside restaurant. The centre of activity during the day, Tides transforms into an intimate and utterly romantic restaurant at night, where fresh seafood, shellfish and local specialities can be enjoyed alongside excellent grilled dishes, sophisticated mains and magnificent desserts. Enjoy your favourite tropical cocktail or sip on a glass of your favourite wine for a truly sensational gastronomic experience.
Lunch is served between 12:30 and 15:00, afternoon tea is offered between 16:00 and 17:30 and dinner is served between 18:30 and 22:00.
